Human Resources Training

Many smaller businesses have employees who have many responsibilities and human resources is commonly one of those. Our human resources training classes will introduce you to the various functions performed by HR and give you the knowledge to successfully handle the responsibilities.

HR Boot Camp

Are you that person who is assigned human resources tasks like helping with the paperwork after someone is hired? Filing workman’s compensation claims and handling FLMA for the company? Training managers how to avoid legal issues when managing others? Are you wondering if you are doing things correctly? Perhaps you haven’t been trained or experienced in this field.

  • You will establish a foundation of human resource knowledge to ensure your organization’s policies and practices are following the legal parameters and you are doing HR activities correctly.

  • This will also be an opportunity to establish a network of other professional colleagues who are in the same situation like you. Get a chance to hear what others are doing, and get some advice on the issues, policies, and practices they have experienced.

  • The biggest benefit from this class is the peace of mind. Knowing you are doing the essential human resource activities correctly and are preventing the business from costly lawsuits.
